Tasting Notes: This exceptional sparkling wine is made entirely from Annapurna Estate fruit, grown under pristine alpine conditions. It is handcrafted in the traditional French method and bottle fermented on yeast lees for 18 months. This makes it truly 'Methode Classique' and an ultra premuim wine.
