The ultimate beer-lovers’ experience. Join Head Brewer, David Cocks, for a hands-on day brewing a batch of Bright Brewery’s award-winning beer.
Be there for every step of a real brew day. Finish the day with a tasting board of all our beers on tap – you’ll have earned it. We’ll also invite you back for a couple of beers on us, when your own special batch is ready to enjoy.

Notes
Bookings are essential for this genuine brew day. The Brew dates are generally scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of each month - please call to confirm.

Cancellation and Indemnity
If you need to cancel for some reason please let us know as soon as possible.
Tour-and-Tasting
Tour-andTasting cancellations received with more than 24 hours notice attract a 50% refund. Refunds are not payable within 24 hours.
Brewer For A Day
Brewer For A Day cancellations with 2 weeks notice attract a refund of the deposit less a $30 admin fee. With less than 2 weeks notice the same refund applies only if the Brewer For A Day place can be filled.
Bookings are not necessary to simply visit Bright Brewery and enjoy a beer and a meal.
Where Bright Brewery cancels the Tour-and-Tasting or Brewer For A Day an alternative booking is offered. If an alternative is not possible a full refund is payable.
