Alpine Shire & Alpine Region Tourism Terms & Conditions

1. The Co-ordinator (Promoter) of the Exit Survey is the Alpine Shire. ABN 14821 390 281 of Churchill Avenue, Bright, Victoria, 3741. All queries should be directed to the Economic Development Officer.
2. Entry is open to all visitors to the Alpine Shire.
3. The exit survey campaign commences on Monday 5^th May 2008 and ends on Friday 1^st August 2008 at 5.00pm (AEST).
4. To enter the draw, visitors need to complete the post card survey available from over 80 sites in the Alpine Shire, providing contact details as requested.
5. All visitors who complete the questionnaire and provide all requested contact details and whose postcard is received prior to
               Thursday 29 May 2008 at 5.00pm
               Thursday 26 June 2008 at 5:00pm
               Thursday 31 July 2008 at 5:00pm
    will automatically be entered into the draw, immediately following the close date.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions. A visitor is permitted to complete and submit a survey postcard once only. The Promoter has the right to remove any entries that appear to be duplicates or multiple entries from the same participant for the same questionnaire. The incentive draws are strictly one entry per the period of the campaign. Subsequent entries will therefore be disregarded.

10. All winners will be notified in writing within 7days of each draw.
11. By entering, visitors agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the questionnaire for related research and marketing purposes. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
