Traditionally handcrafted sparklings are the flagship of the vineyard, complimented with a range of cool climate, high altitude stills.

At the cellar door enjoy brunch, a relaxing lunch or cake and "coffee treats. In the evening there's our signature “Chef’s Menu” 5-course dinners and a seasonal menu.

We have recently beeen joined by Melbourne Chef James Tan.
James’ dishes are fast becoming the talk of the town. His dishes reflect his travels, taking the best of the many flavours he has encountered over years of journeying the world. He layers international flavours to produce innovative, truly modern Australian cuisine. With his own unique twist.
Think inspired Australian cuisine with Asian and Mediterranean influences.
James has revamped our all day menu with a focus on fresh. Whether it’s crab & prawn omelettes for brunch, roast shredded duck salad with sweet sour vegetables or the Chef’s selection of daily delicacies, the dishes are all full of flavours and accented with Estate grown herbs and seasonal produce.
For those after good coffee and something a little extra, James has an extensive list of very tempting sweet things and coffee treats.

Dinner is where James really gets to express is individual style. His "Chef Menu", an ever changing five course journey of his favourite dishes of the moment, has become our most popular dinner. A seasonal dinner menu is also available.
